  This issue presents selected scholarly works in the fields of English Literature, Cultural Studies, and Linguistics.   The literary studies in this issue examine texts as sites of critical reflection on identity, power, memory, and representation. The cultural studies articles explore cultural practices and media as spaces where meanings are produced and negotiated. Meanwhile, the linguistic research investigates language as a structured system and as a social practice embedded in broader socio-cultural contexts.
