DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEPA-B APPLICATION USING THE CERTAINTY FACTOR METHOD BASED ON ANDROID

A smartphone application with its intelligence can be used for various crucial purposes, not just as a communication tool for voice calls or text messages. As smartphones have evolved, software installation for various purposes has become possible, making usage easier for users. One example of utilizing smartphone technology is in healthcare services, such as identifying or diagnosing diseases. In this study, smartphones are used to diagnose hepatitis, aiding users in early detection and treatment. This facilitates quicker healthcare services. The application is built using Android and implemented as a mobile device that does not burden the memory. The application is based on artificial intelligence using the certainty factor method, which can indicate the exact measure of a fact or rule. The system development method used is the waterfall model, with the following steps: analysis, design, coding, and testing. As a result, a reliable application for diagnosing hepatitis B is produced.
